Storage and shelf-life guidelines

All our products come with storage and shelf-life guidelines which should be followed to ensure that products are sold on at their optimum quality.

 

Ingredients and allergens

All our products come with a complete list of ingredients and allergens. Please be aware that all products are made in an environment where nuts, wheat and other known allergens may be present.

Containers

Please ensure all containers (bread crates, pastry crates, plastic boxes) are returned clean to us the week following delivery. These can be handed to the delivery driver.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery charge is £25 unless we are already in your area in which case we will always endeavour to reduce delivery charges.

Minimum order amount

In order to qualify for our wholesale pricing, the minimum wholesale order amount is £100. This includes orders for collection

Collection

Should you wish to collect your order, these can be made available at the Pitchfork & Provision café in Llandeilo or you can collect directly from the bakery premises in Betws.
